We are thrilled to announce the launch of the series Extra. on Ciné + OCS, starting on January 7, 2025.

This series is the very first production by Les Films du Cygne, and it was created, written, and directed by Jonathan Hazan and Matthieu Bernard, marking their debut in the world of series.

Set in Vienne, Isère, the story follows Catherine Blondin, a devoted mother and the choir director of Extra., an inclusive choir. Catherine leads a seemingly uneventful life until one day, her world is turned upside down. She witnesses one of her wheelchair-bound choir members experiencing an orgasm through cunnilingus performed by a man dressed as Santa Claus.

This vision haunts and fascinates her, awakening her to pleasures she has neither given nor received. In secret, Catherine decides to defy societal taboos and transforms into Cathy, a sexual assistant for people with disabilities. This double life is exhilarating, allowing her to claim a sense of self and agency she had never permitted herself before.
